The Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program, managed by the Arizona Department of Education, provides eligible families with funding to support educational expenses — including approved extracurricular instruction such as music and dance lessons. Eligibility is determined by the State of Arizona and often includes homeschooled students and other qualifying categories.
