Ukulele Classes

6 Weeks – $210 Per Session

Do you have a child who’s too young for private lessons, but is excited to learn more about music? This half-hour class is a great way to introduce children ages 3 1/2 – 5 to musical instruments. Students will spend the 30 minute class learning the ukulele, starting with strum patterns and progressing to simple chords, as well as learning dynamics, music listening skills, and start basic note-reading in a fun, relaxed environment.

Students must have completed at least 6 months of preschool (not daycare) before participating in this class. The cost is $210 per six-week session. A colorful Makala ukulele with carrying case is included in the cost of the class. If students already own a ukulele, the cost is $150.

The classes meet once a week for 30 minutes and each session is 6 weeks long.
