Our Philosophy
At the Schaumburg Music Academy, we understand the importance of a musical education, but also the many benefits that go along with learning an instrument. Schaumburg Music Academy students not only have fun playing music, they also learn to appreciate the value of commitment, dedication, self-discipline, learning and the value of music as an art form. But that’s not all, learning an instrument also fosters creative thinking, goal setting, increased cognitive function, self-esteem and a sense of accomplishment.
We’ve established a learning environment that is professional, supportive and welcoming to students of all levels and interests. You or your child will receive supportive, individualized instruction from our instructors made up of talented professional musicians with years of teaching experience. What’s more, our annual Spring Recital gives students the opportunity to show off their skills and perform for friends and family.
