About Toni Hill
With a strong background in operations, Toni is passionate about problem-solving and creating effective processes that keep things running smoothly. Her journey with Rogers School of Music began ten years ago — first as a client who loved the community, and soon after as a part-time front desk team member. Over time, her role grew into management, and she stepped into the position of General Manager in 2019 before becoming a Regional Manager in 2024.
What she enjoys most about this work is seeing the impact music has on students’ lives — not just in their musical growth, but in who they’re becoming as individuals. The team’s connection with families and the support offered within the community is what makes this work truly meaningful.
Outside of work, Toni and her husband have been married for 26 years and have two wonderful daughters. As a family, they love camping, adventuring, exploring museums, volunteering, and spending time together as the grow in our faith.
