About Julia Morgan
Julia has always enjoyed working with people and building meaningful relationships, which led her to her role as HR Coordinator at Ensemble Performing Arts. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from the University of Indianapolis and found her way into Human Resources a few years later. She began her HR career in healthcare before joining Ensemble, where she supports a team that shares many of the values and passions that are important to her.
Born and raised in Brazil, she now calls Indianapolis, Indiana, home. Music has always been a significant part of her life, from taking piano and dance lessons as a child and watching her dad play nearly every instrument he could get his hands on, to performing in show choir throughout high school and early college. Working for a company that celebrates music, creativity, and community feels like a perfect fit.
Outside of work, she can usually be found reading a good book, adding to her beloved personal library, taking a walk outside, cooking, hosting friends, or attending a fun karaoke night. She also enjoys serving at her church, where she sings in the congregation choir.
