Pricing
- $180 per month for weekly recurring 30 Minutes lessons
- $270 per month for weekly recurring for 50 Minutes lessons
PAY-AS-YOU-GO
Call weekly and schedule a lesson as the schedule allows.
- $50 for 30 minutes
- $75 for 50 minutes
Payment is due upon scheduling the lesson and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
AUTOMATIC BILLING
Monthly tuition is billed the first week of the month.
- $180 for 30 minute lessons

STUDENT PERKS
Woodshed Live – Every 3-4 months, we host a concert featuring our students and what they have learned during their lessons. These are hosted at one our locations or at local establishments.
Earned Recording Studio Time – After 3 months of completed lessons students will qualify for 2 hours of recording studio time as a courtesy for customer loyalty. Hours do not accumulate and will expire after 30 days if not redeemed. Terminating lessons earned hours are forfeited. Students must have the green light from their teacher that they are ready for a studio recording.
Practice Time – Students may perform on our indoor stage during the week: Monday-Friday. Other times available upon request. The lounge is also available for use during lessons.
Garage Band – We usually host 2-3 sessions of Garage Band every year. The students must be able to play a full song to audition. Ages 8- Adults. Bands will be arranged after auditions and students will rehearse for 6 weeks then perform at a local venue.

TERMINATING LESSONS
Please put TERMINATION in the subject line.
- To terminate monthly lessons, must be submitted 1 week prior to the next billing month. If you do not submit before the next billing month, you will be charged and is non-refundable. If you terminate lessons before make-ups are completed you will forfeit those make ups as well. Please provide feedback and reason for termination.
- TERMINATE LESSONS FOR Lake Travis Studio.
- TERMINATE LESSONS FOR North Parmer Studio.
MAKE-UP POLICY
Students are allowed 4 make-up lessons per year, per instrument as the schedule allows. Make up lessons are not guaranteed and are only as the schedule allows. Lesson cancellations without at least 24 hours notice will be charged and not made up, including no-call no-shows. All other missed lessons will be forfeited. You have until December 31st to complete any make-ups. Any missed make-up lessons will be forfeited. Make up lessons do not roll over to the following year. If a teacher is out, you will have the choice of a substitute or rescheduling the missed lesson. We do not do make-ups for Weather/School Closures. We will offer online lessons/Lesson plans to try to provide a lesson. We understand if you decline, but we do not do make-ups in the event of things out of our control.
SUBSTITUTE INSTRUCTOR POLICY
- If instructors are going to be out and they have no room for make-ups, you may opt for a sub with another instructor on the same day. Please note that your regular lesson time may not be available, it will depend on the schedule.
- We may offer a sub for the entire day occasionally. The student can opt out and wait for a make-up day with their instructor.
ONLINE LESSONS
- We still offer online lessons as an option for regular scheduled lessons.
- Online lessons are also offered as an option if you are ill and do not want to come to physical lessons.
SOCIAL MEDIA/ONLINE RELEASE
The Musicians Woodshed will ask permission to release photos, media, and videos of your child on social media, website and other forms of promotional use for the store. This is not compulsory.
