Pricing

• $180 per month for weekly recurring 30 Minutes lessons
• $270 per month for weekly recurring for 50 Minutes lessons

PAY-AS-YOU-GO

Call weekly and schedule a lesson as the schedule allows.

• $50 for 30 minutes
• $75 for 50 minutes

Payment is due upon scheduling pay-as-you-go lessons. These lessons are NON-REFUNDABLE, and no make-up lessons or reschedules will be offered/allowed for any reason.

AUTOMATIC BILLING

Monthly tuition is billed the first week of the month.

STUDENT PERKS

Woodshed Live – Every 3-4 months, we host a concert featuring our students and what they have learned during their lessons. These are hosted at one our locations or at local establishments.

Practice Time – Students may perform on our indoor stage during the week: Monday-Friday. Other times available upon request. The lounge is also available for use during lessons.

Step Onstage – We host multiple Step Onstage programs each year. Bands will be arranged following the auditions, and students will have 10 weeks of rehearsals before local performances.

TERMINATING LESSONS

Process to End Lessons

• In order to end lessons, we must receive notice, either verbally or in writing, by 8:00pm on the 15th of the month you wish to stop (example: if you want January to be your last month of lessons, you must let us know by January 15th). If we receive notification after the current month’s deadline, your lessons will be set to stop at the end of the next month (example: if we receive notice on January 16th, your lessons will be set to stop at the end of February).
• There is no additional fee to cancel your lesson plan. Teachers cannot accept withdrawal notification—you must speak to the office manager or email the studio.
• TERMINATE LESSONS FOR Lake Travis Studio.
• TERMINATE LESSONS FOR North Parmer Studio.

CANCELLATION AND MAKE-UP POLICY

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

• Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, including no-call, no-shows, will be charged and cannot be rescheduled.
• To reschedule, call or text at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.

Make-Up Lessons

• No credits or refunds for missed lessons.
• Students are allowed 4 make-up lessons per year, per instrument, subject to availability.
• Make-ups must be completed by December 31st of the current year and do not roll over.
• Once a lesson is rescheduled, it cannot be rescheduled again.
• Make-ups are scheduled only during the teacher’s available times and are not guaranteed.
• We will notify you of any openings due to other student cancellations, or you can check with the front desk.
• Lessons canceled by the teacher will be made up promptly or taught by a substitute.

Virtual Lesson Option

• All teachers can provide virtual lessons. If you cannot attend in person, notify the front desk on the morning of the lesson to arrange a virtual session during your regular time.

Gifted Lessons

• You may gift a lesson to a family member or friend to attend at your scheduled time.

Inclement Weather Policy

• In the event of hazardous conditions, all lessons will be virtual.
• If you decline a virtual lesson, there will be no make ups or reschedules for inclement weather.
• For power outages, we’ll work to reschedule with your teacher or a substitute. Declining a substitute lesson forfeits the session.

SUBSTITUTE INSTRUCTOR POLICY

• If a teacher is out, a substitute teacher will be provided. If you decline the lesson with the substitute teacher, the lesson will be forfeited.

ONLINE LESSONS

• We still offer online lessons as an option for regular scheduled lessons.
• Online lessons are also offered as an option if you are ill and do not want to come to physical lessons.

SOCIAL MEDIA

We love to show off our students! We never share student last names, but we reserve the right to use student performances and photos on social media and for advertising.
