2024-2025 Dance Performance Team, Katy TX

Pointe of Grace Performance Team is a way for our students to take their dance training to the next level while blessing the community. Our performance team will learn a jazz and a contemporary dance to perform at community events around the Katy area. They will have a 45 minute or one hour team rehearsal every week (depending on age/team). All members are required to take 2 POG technique classes (one of them being ballet). Our performance team is a great way for your student to nurture their love for dance and performing!

Auditions

Students will be auditioning in ballet barre, jazz center/across floor, and contemporary choreography. Students should wear pink tights, black leotard, black dance shorts/skirt (optional), hair in a bun, ballet shoes or jazz shoes. Bring a water bottle!

At our company intensive students will take technique classes in ballet, jazz, and contemporary, learn choreography, and build team camaraderie and dance team ediquette. This is required for all members.
