ATTENDANCE POLICY
At Pointe of Grace, consistent attendance and punctuality is essential for student progress and class success. Students are expected to attend every class for which they are enrolled, and to arrive on time. If a student arrives more than 10 minutes late, it is at the instructor’s discretion on whether the student may participate in class for the safety and instruction of all students. If a student is sick, they should remain at home and notify the studio as soon as possible. If a student is injured, they are still expected to attend their scheduled classes. Those students should quietly observe, take written notes, and participate in any non-physical activities as directed by their instructor. Please provide the student with a doctor’s note with the date of when they will be able to return back to full participation. In the event of illness, injury or tardiness, it is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to schedule their student’s make-up class in accordance with Pointe of Grace’s Make-up Policy.
MAKE UP POLICY
Attending make-up classes ensures students maintain their progress and stay on track with their peers. All students who are absent from class are required to schedule and attend a level-appropriate make-up class within two (2) weeks of the missed class. The make-up class can be in any style so long as it’s the correct level for the affected student. Acro classes are NOT allowed as a make-up option for students who are not already enrolled in an Acro class at Pointe of Grace.
