About Julia
Julia is a dedicated voice teacher, songwriting coach, and performer focused on helping students find their own authentic sound. She focuses on healthy technique and musicality to build artistic confidence. From singing along to American Idol at age five to starring in over 17 musical productions through childhood, storytelling through song has always been second nature.
A graduate of Loyola Marymount University, Julia earned her B.A. in Music with dual concentrations in Vocal Studies and Contemporary Styles & Practices, alongside a minor in Business Administration. Her studies focused on classical voice, songwriting, and music production. She also advanced her vocal craft abroad through the Frost School of Music Salzburg Program in Austria.
As a crossover artist, her experience spans lead opera roles, musical theatre, choral tours, vocal jazz, songwriting, and co-producing studio albums. This diverse background gives her the practical tools to help every singer feel confident across multiple styles.
Julia tailors her teaching to every stage of a singer’s journey. Whether guiding young beginners, preparing teens for auditions, mentoring emerging songwriters, or helping adults rediscover their voice, she adapts directly to each student’s goals. Knowing teaching was her calling early on, Julia’s favorite memories come from the laughs, breakthroughs, and discoveries made in lessons. She strives to provide that same transformative mentorship, creating a supportive space where students feel inspired to unlock their voice and write their own musical story.
