We’re excited to announce a brand-new group class starting this spring: First Steps in Piano! This engaging and fun-filled program is perfect for young learners aged 4 and 5 who are ready to explore the world of music and develop foundational piano skills.
In this 10-week course, students will:
– Learn basic piano skills, including technique, rhythm, and notes.
– Play and practice in a supportive group environment with kids their age.
– Cultivate a love of music and establish healthy habits for future private lessons.
– No reading skills are required—our program is designed with young learners in mind!
Class Schedule & Details
- Day & Time: Wednesdays, 3:30 PM – 4:15 PM
- Start Date: January 8th, 2025
- Duration: 10 weeks (strictly no late enrollment)
- Tuition: $350 (includes all books and materials)

Katherine Clinch has established herself as a versatile and engaging educator and performer who is driven towards fostering her students creativity and individuality through music. At age 14 she enrolled in Juilliard Pre-college in New York City, where she had the opportunity to play timpani with the Manhattan School of Music Graduate Opera, as well as perform at Carnegie Hall on numerous occasions with the New York Youth Symphony.
She then moved back to Texas where she began teaching piano and playing drums in local rock bands. In her free time she enjoys going to concerts and crocheting. What makes her most excited about teaching is having the opportunity to give others the emotional fulfillment that playing music offers.
