COVID-19 UPDATE Keep Playing … The Music Room is here to support you

Since the state of Illinois issued its stay-at-home order on March 20, The Music Room has transitioned all of its lessons to a virtual format. Classes are taught by the same staff you know and love with easy-to-use video conferencing technology. All of us at The Music Room are extremely grateful for your support and patience during this huge transition. Because of you, together we can continue our musical journeys until we can meet again.

We realize these are stressful times and we don’t want anything to come between you and your music. If you or your student are struggling to adapt to online learning or would like some tips to get the most from your lesson, please feel free to email me at ccook@the-music-room.net

Whenever we get the green light to open for regular business hours and in-person lessons, our focus will be on the safety and health of our employees and customers. Rest assured, we will follow the Center for Disease Control guidelines regarding social distancing, hygiene and sanitation.

We will be happy to gather what you need, take payment over the phone and arrange a convenient curbside pickup. In the near future our website will allow online ordering of both merchandise and lessons. We so appreciate you buying locally.

EARN POINTS FOR EVERY PURCHASE

Remember you earn one reward point for every $10 of retail merchandise you purchase. (Lessons, rentals and repairs do not earn points). When you redeem points, one point equals one dollar. We track your purchases and points.  There is nothing to swipe, carry or present. Just provide your name at each purchase so that your points will be credited to you. Points can then be redeemed for up to 50% off the regular price of any in-stock items during Exchange Weeks, which happen twice a year.
