Sweet Pea Pet Parade

Bring your furry children to the 15th annual Sweet Pea Pet Parade! The pet parade has been a part of downtown Palatine’s Street Fest activities since Street Fest began in 2000. Sponsored by Foxglove Cottage and The Music Room, the Sweet Pea Pet Parade is the perfect opportunity to show off your animal family members.

The parade will begin at the Towne Square Gazebo at 11:30 on Sunday, August 26. Prizes will be awarded in the following categories: Best Dressed (homemade costume), Best Dressed (purchased costume), Most Colorful Coat, Best Talker/Most Sociable, Most Laid Back/Relaxed, Longest Ears.

You can pre-register here. Numbered paddles with pet’s names will be created for all pre-registered parade participants. Please arrive at the Towne Square Gazebo (Palatine Road & Smith Street) between 10:45 and 11:15 to pick up your paddle and finalize the registration process.
