About Stephanie
Stephanie’s has been teaching piano for over 30 years, and her love for it goes beyond the keyboard. She is passionate about empowering her students to embrace their native genius from day one. She began her classical piano training at age 7 and quickly advanced. Her father was a professional musician, so advancing quickly was a surprise to no one.
Her teaching methods adapt to the way the student learns best and is one of her strongest attributes as an instructor. “No two brains process information exactly the same, so no two students should be taught the exact same way!” she says. Although she adjusts to the learning style of the student, all students are given the same curriculum which includes theory, technique, ear training, sight reading, composition, expression, and performance etiquette.
Stephanie has been with Tampa Music School since 2019. When she is not teaching music, she’s building learning and development content for a corporation and studying jujitsu. She also enjoys spending time in nature at the beach, kayaking, hiking, biking, and walking around our beautiful city. Oh, and we almost forgot! She loves to dance salsa.
Most of all, Stephanie strives to make learning music so much fun that students are dragging their parents to lessons each week. It’s true! We feel very lucky to have her as one of our many fine instructors at Tampa Music School. If you’d like to meet her or be placed on her waiting list, please contact the us.
