About Carla Christine
With training in classical, opera, gospel, and R&B Carla graduated from the famed LaGuardia HS of Performing Arts in Lincoln Center, Manhattan, NY. She performed from a young teen in the All-City High School Choir and several ensemble groups in NYC. Concentrated in gospel music through her 20’s and 30’s performing nationally and internationally, leading bands, ensembles, and choirs. Over 15 years of experience in worship music performance, becoming director of worship for the Spanish Eastern District of the Assemblies of God for 8 years.
With a special love for R&B/soul and Latin music, she has a special passion for helping singers refine their talents to their maximum potential. She can teach in both English and Spanish. She is a songwriter and performer currently working on her first EP due out later this year.
