As Western Dance Regional Manager for Ensemble Performing Arts, Shannon brings nearly 30 years of experience as a passionate studio owner and leader. She joined Ensemble in 2023 with a mission to help more children experience the joy of dance and the lifelong benefits it offers. With a strong business background—including growing and successfully selling two studios—Shannon is committed to helping our dance schools make a lasting impact in their communities through best business practices and an exceptional customer experience. Her lifelong passion is developing tomorrow’s leaders through dance, for a better tomorrow. She is also a Ramsey Certified Master Financial Coach, dedicated to helping others achieve personal financial freedom. Outside of work, Shannon is a proud wife and mom to three amazing boys. Her family loves traveling together and cheering on our favorite college football teams. Family is, and always will be, her top priority.
