Robbie Mellinger leads operations for Ensemble’s Rentals Division, bringing over 15 years of music retail leadership experience to the team. Over his career, he has grown from ground-level sales roles into executive leadership, specializing in scaling operational workflows, managing large-scale business integrations, and growing local music programs of all shapes and sizes.
Robbie lives in Adamstown, MD, with his wife, Rachel, and their two kids, Trixie and Georgie. When he isn’t optimizing rental operations, you can find him playing guitar, hitting the local disc golf courses (where his enthusiasm currently outweighs his skill), or working on a backyard woodworking shed that he promises he will actually finish someday.
