About Rob Nolfe
Rob never knew a job like this existed, so he was instantly interested in a place that merges finance with music-related schools. Having worked in finance in the entertainment business for years but also taught voice and guitar lessons, he feels fulfilled to have jumped aboard this steady moving freight train called Ensemble!
His background has suited him for corralling the data and providing the reports that are needed around the company. For years he conducted music royalty audits on behalf of major recording artists and songwriters which often ended with multi-million-dollar recoveries. He has co-founded a few startups including a mobile tech company that won EMI’s best new music tech award and a non-profit which provides poetry/music-based learning resources for schools.
Rob loves working with a group of musicians and teachers because they are the most down to earth and have a great disposition. This is easily the best workplace vibe one can imagine – and he can’t wait to see what Ensemble builds together while making an impact on local communities.
