About Marisa E. Cardin
Marisa E. Cardin has been a member of the administrative team of Neighborhood Music in Aurora, Colorado since 2021, and she loves writing about all the incredible things that Ensemble schools are up to! When she isn’t crafting blogs or PR writeups, she’s usually writing something else; Marisa is traditionally and independently published in various magazines, chapbooks, and anthologies, and finished her new-adult sci-fi trilogy, Jax Cassaway and The Shadow Runners, in 2025. When she isn’t writing, she can be found jamming on her alto saxophone or cuddling her four cats. She currently lives in Aurora, Colorado.
