About Alissa Cox
Alissa Cox is a recent graduate of the Conservatory at Wheaton College where she studied Piano Pedagogy. During her time there she was a part of the Women’s Chorale, both singing and accompanying. She also was active in collaborating with soloists and her chamber group.
Currently, she is accompanying the Wheaton College Opera program, her church choir, and continues to collaborate with soloists.
She loves the way that music can bring people together and hopes to instill a love of sharing music with others in her students. Alissa’s favorite part of teaching music is helping students find what makes them excited about music.
When she is not playing or teaching, Alissa likes to spend time outside walking, reading, or watercoloring!
