TUITION COST: $290 + Non refundable registration fee of $10. Tuition is due upon registration.
PUNCTUALITY: All lessons are dependent on group participation. Please arrive on time so you receive the time you’ve paid for and to ensure the best experience for all scouts. We cannot “go over” for students who arrive late. Due to the Music Scouts age range, parents and/or guardians must accompany their child to the class room and check in with the teacher. Students must be picked up immediately following their class as we do not provide childcare and we cannot be responsible for overseeing students outside of class. If you arrive early or would like to stay in the building during the class, please come in and sit quietly in the waiting area.
MISSED CLASSES: Because this class is group dependent, we do not offer make ups or billing credits for missed classes. If you need to skip a class, please inform the front desk. By skipping the class, you forfeit the class and the monetary value of the class.
TEACHER ABSENCES: In the event that your teacher is absent we will do our best to provide another instructor to substitute the class. You will only be notified if a substitute teacher is not available. If you opt out of taking the lesson with the substitute instructor, no credit or refund will be issued. If we do not have another instructor to teach you at your usual time, you will be notified and given the option to receive a billing credit of the monetary value of that individual class.
WITHDRAWAL: If you wish to withdraw from Music Scouts with a tuition refund, you must notify our admin team in writing within 48 hours after the first class. For example if your course begins August 26th, we would need a written withdrawal no later than August 28th. Withdrawals after this time will be without a refund.
