About Wenshan Sun
Wenshan holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Piano Performance from Texas Tech University, a Master of Music degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Music degree from Xi’an Conservatory of Music. Wenshan received a scholarship at Texas Tech University and was offered a teaching assistant position. She collaborated with the Texas Tech University Symphony Orchestra and Concert Band from 2022-2023.
Wenshan offers personalized instruction to students of all ages, from beginners to adults, tailoring lessons and teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs and skill levels of each student. She worked as a full-time private piano teacher at Xinghai Music Academy for four years in China. She also served as a teaching assistant for group piano at UCO and the Guadalupe-Parkway group piano program. As an experienced piano teacher, Wenshan focuses on fostering each student’s growth and has been dedicated to guiding students through their piano education, helping them develop their technical skills, musicality, and understanding of music theory.
