About Bo Huang
Bo Huang is a pianist, composer, and educator with a deep passion for sharing music through both performance and teaching. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Composition from the Eastman School of Music and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Musical Arts at the University of Texas at Austin. With extensive international experience, Bo brings a broad artistic perspective to her teaching.
As a piano teacher, Bo values building a strong technical foundation while also encouraging creativity and expression. Her teaching is tailored to encourage curiosity, discipline, and confidence at the piano. Drawing from her background in composition, she helps students not only master repertoire but also understand musical structure and the story behind it. Bo enjoys working with students of all ages and levels, guiding them to connect with music in ways that are both joyful and meaningful.
