About ELIZABETH HOBBS

Elizabeth graduated from The Juilliard School with a Bachelor Degree in Music (clarinet, two years of private piano studies) and Interlochen Center for the Arts Academy. Elizabeth has taught music in private schools in the metro Atlanta area for over 10 years and has been an adjudicator for GMEA All State Band. Her students have gone on to major universities, conservatories and received multiple Fellowships including the Atlanta Symphony’s Talent Development Program. In addition to teaching, Elizabeth is a signed voice over actor under both local and national representation. She studies voice with opera singer Laurie Swann, and has studied accent and dialects with Cynthia Barrett at Atlanta Voice Coaching. Elizabeth has successfully prepared students at North Fulton School for the Associate Board of Royal Schools of Music Exam and the National Federation Music Competition.
