About Emily Rae Fealy
Soprano Emily Rae Fealy is a Bay Area local who has been singing since the age of 5. She has participated in youth choirs and semi-professional choirs, where she developed her background in choral and liturgical music.
In 2012, while in high school, she attended Diablo Valley College and earned her associate’s degree in Music. During her time at DVC, Emily Rae found her love for musical theater, art songs, and Opera. In 2019, she attended the University of British Columbia’s Vocal Workshop where she received exposure to professionals in the Opera community, further solidifying her path towards Vocal Performance. In 2020, she attended Sonoma State University and earned her Bachelor’s of Music in Vocal Performance. While studying at SSU, Emily Rae started teaching voice online. While doing so, she developed her teaching skills. Throughout her time at SSU, she studied Vocal Pedagogy to enhance her abilities as a performer and a teacher. Emily Rae is now focusing on teaching and performance.
