About Marcella Stone-Fox
Marcella Stone-Fox has been a violinist for 17 years, learning from the Suzuki Method. Throughout middle school and high school, she played in the orchestra programs. Especially, she participated in the Davis Senior High Baroque Ensemble in Davis, CA; an authentic early music chamber group. After graduating, she went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in Music from the University of the Pacific Conservatory in 2023. Marcella has grown up around classical and early music, but also loves indie, pop, and jazz. Marcella grew up in the Central Valley of California throughout her school years, but has recently moved to Denver. She is eager to become connected with the music community, and to bring people together through music. Her teaching style (centered around the Suzuki method) emphasizes empathy, as well connecting music to the student’s outside life. In her free time, Marcella loves to sing covers and dance ballet.
