Acting the Song

In musical theater, we sing when words are no longer enough. We can’t help it- we must sing! Learn new skills and confidence you can take from the audition room to the stage!

· Students will learn the difference between singing a song, and truly performing it.

· Students can bring a musical theatre solo piece of their choosing, or a piece can be chosen for them.

· We will approach songs from an acting perspective and find out how to connect to the material in a real, honest, and grounded way.
