About Olubunmi “Amoke” Olarinde
Olubunmi Olarinde is a passionate music educator and performing artist dedicated to helping students discover joy and confidence through music. With a strong background in voice and piano, she has taught children and adults of all ages, combining solid foundations in music theory with creative, engaging lessons. She believes in nurturing each student’s unique musical journey while fostering a positive, inspiring environment for growth.
In addition to teaching, Olubunmi is an active vocalist and songwriter who shares her music ministry under the name Àmòké. She brings warmth, creativity, and dedication from her performances into the classroom, encouraging students to connect deeply with the music they make.
Olubunmi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Obafemi Awolowo University (2011–2013) and an Associate’s Degree in Music Technology from The Polytechnic Ibadan (2008–2010).
