Yes, CDs still work and sound fine. And many of Middle C’s teachers have released wonderful collections. The Middle C Music Jazz All Stars include international urban harmonica player Frederic Yonnet, saxophonist Peter Fraize (both of whom taught at Middle C), Warren Howe on percussion, Jim Levy on piano, and Michael Bowie on bass. Classical guitarist Magdalena Duhagon taught at Middle C for many years, and her CD features multi-Grammy winner Berta Rojas. Hi-Fi lives!
