About Elizabeth Su
Elizabeth Su holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of California, Berkeley and is an experienced violinist, violist, and pianist. She served as First Violinist and Associate Concertmaster of the UC Berkeley Philharmonia Orchestra and Co-Principal Violist of the UC Berkeley Symphony Orchestra. As a performer, she has played in orchestras at Carnegie Hall and the Sydney Opera House, and made her debut as a violin soloist with orchestra in 2017.
Elizabeth teaches students of all ages, from young beginners to adults, and especially enjoys guiding students through competitions and musical milestones. She focuses on building strong, lasting technique while creating a supportive and encouraging environment where students can grow in both skill and confidence. Her goal is for every student to not only improve, but to develop a genuine love of music that stays with them for life.
