About Michael Kiesling

Michael Kiesling is a graduate of Westminster Choir College and received a Masters in Music in Vocal Performance at New England Conservatory. Michael has spent several decades working in musical theater and opera in various countries around the world, including Idomeneo, A Night of Handel, and scenes from La Rondine and Carmen. While attending Westminster Choir College, Michael regularly sang with the Philadelphia Orchestra under the batons of Maestro Yannik Nézet-Séguin and Charles Dutoit, in addition to Alan Gilbert leading the New York Philharmonic Orchestra.

In addition to shows at New England Conservatory and Westminster choir college, Michael has performed in Tancredi, Medea in Cointo and Zemire et Azor. Michael performed in several musical theater shows, including Peter Pan, Ragtime, The Secret Garden and HONK! Michael strongly believes in the well-rounded singer who uses their artistry to not only use their voice to sing but also to tell a story. Michael creates a fun and exciting atmosphere for learning while also expecting hard work and dedication to the music, and story. “When words fail, we sing!”
