About Dan Guida
Dan Guida is a graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and a Minor in Education. His primary instrument of study was classical guitar, and he also played percussion throughout his high school and college years in his schools’ concert and symphonic bands.
Dan has over a decade of experience in in a multitude of genres, including classical, math rock, alternative, metal and gospel. Dan also has over 8 years of experience performing in musical theatre, working on several productions with the Voorhees Theatre Company such as The Wizard of Oz, Annie, and You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown.
Dan’s true passions in life are teaching music and working with children. He has been teaching lessons for years in a wide variety of instruments and in music theory. He believes that teaching music theory to students can give them a greater understanding of music, and can open up a whole new world for them to learn, experiment and grow as songwriters and musicians in general.
