About Katrina Kelly
Katrina graduated from Lamar University in 2020 with a B.A. in Music, and a concentration in vocal studies. Following graduation, she began to explore her passion for education as a life skills paraprofessional and general education assistant for special education students at Alexander Middle School in Pearland ISD. In addition to her work in the public education system, she has an extensive skill set developing individualized educational experiences for students with developmental delays and physical disabilities. She strengthened these competencies through her position as music teacher for The Monarch School & Institute, a private school for children and adults with disabilities, primarily autism.
Katrina believes in using music as a therapeutic tool to further academic and socioemotional success for students of all backgrounds. In her new role as a Voice Teacher for Lessons on the Go, Katrina looks forward to combining her expertise in one-on-one education and love for the arts to create uniquely tailored coaching sessions for her students.
