Whether you’re just beginning your string journey or looking to refine your technique, we offer personalized violin, viola, and cello instruction for students of all ages and experience levels.
Children can begin learning a string instrument as young as age 4, and we also welcome adult beginners, returning players, and advanced students. Many of our students participate in school orchestras and local ensembles, and we’re happy to support those opportunities alongside private instruction.

Our Approach to Violin, Viola & Cello Lessons
GET STARTED01 String Lessons Should Be Fun!
There’s nothing quite like the sound of a string instrument – or the joy of learning one. We believe that music lessons should be something you look forward to each week. That’s why our lessons blend a solid musical foundation with creativity and fun, helping each student develop a deep love for their instrument.
Whether you’re picking up the violin for the first time or aiming for first chair in your orchestra, our teachers will guide you through a rewarding and engaging journey, tailored to your pace, interests, and aspirations.
02 We Emphasize Healthy Technique
Great playing starts with great habits. Our teachers emphasize healthy technique from day one. Whether you’re working on your first piece or preparing for an audition, you’ll have the tools to play with skill and confidence.
03 We Care About Your Musical Interests & Goals
Our lessons are never one-size-fits-all. From hobbyists to aspiring professionals, we support students through every stage of their musical growth. Your path is uniquely yours, and our role is to help you navigate it—step by step.
Each lesson is thoughtfully crafted based on individual assessments, clear goals, and regular feedback. And if you’re interested in performing or competing, many of our instructors can help you prepare for auditions, connect with local groups, or find additional opportunities to share your music.

Do I have to know how to read music?
Nope! Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, we’ll meet you where you are and support your progress from there.

We bring the lesson to you—literally! Our teachers come to your home and work around your schedule. No commuting, no stress—just convenient, high-quality music instruction tailored to you or your child.
What materials will I need?
You’ll need your own instrument (violin, viola, or cello), a bow, and rosin. Your teacher will let you know about any books or accessories you might need, depending on your goals and skill level.
Do you offer lessons for adults?
Absolutely! We love working with adult learners, whether you’re starting fresh or returning to music after a break.
Do I need to have my own instrument to start?
