About Augustine Ahn
Augustine received his Bachelor of Music from DePaul University where he specialized in Vocal Performance and Opera. He later received his Master of Music in Voice and Opera at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, teaching and leading his own voice studio. During his studies, Augustine played numerous operatic roles. In addition to his operatic experience, he has sung professional solos for various choral works, and has been a part of contemporary musical theater productions showcasing his vocal and dramatic versatility outside of opera theater. Augustine is comfortable teaching a variety of vocal styles, including opera, musical theater, contemporary commercial music, and jazz. His previous teaching and singing experience in tandem with his academic studies have given him the tools he needs to help others reach their singing goals. His main objective is to bring the best out of his students in a safe, fun, and productive way.
