About Morgan Potts

Morgan is a mezzo-soprano originally from Atlanta, Georgia. She is obtaining a Masters of Music at Cleveland Institute of Music. Morgan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Voice Performance from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA. Morgan made her CIM Opera Theater debut as Hérisson de Porc-Épic in Charbrier’s L’Étoile. She has also performed the roles of Prince Orlofsky in Die Fledermaus, Cherubino in Le Nozze di Figaro, and many others. Additionally, Morgan has attended Opera Seme, Summer in Salzburg, and Texas Music Festival. Morgan has experience teaching voice through giving lessons in Alpharetta, Georgia and collegiate voice pedagogy courses. She is well-versed in a variety of musical genres with and emphasis on classical and musical theater.
