About GRAY TONEY
Gray Toney’s banjo teaching career began back in 1977 at the Johnson Music Company in downtown Hattiesburg and has continued until today. Along the way, he has played in numerous bands and met many great musicians.
Toney has also received two grants from the Mississippi Arts Commission to teach banjo to selected students and is a certified Wernick Method, Bluegrass Jam Class instructor.
