About DOUG HUTCHISON
Hailing from Cape Coral, Florida, Doug traveled to Mississippi to earn both a Bachelor’s degree in music performance, as well as a Master’s degree in music performance with a concentration in trumpet. Doug has experience in performing across the country with The Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps, local orchestras, as well as show bands. Since 2020, Doug has traveled to provide both masterclasses and lessons, spanning from the hub city, to the coast, all the way to southwest Florida. When they are not playing or teaching, their favorite pastime is playing games and hanging out with their cat, Frankie.
