
About Tayman
Tayman has studied with some of the world’s most prestigious programs, including Berklee College of Music, Boston University’s Tanglewood Institute, and Johns Hopkins Peabody Conservatory. With 15 Years of Professional experience she has worked with such institutions as The Baltimore Opera Company, The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, The Boston Symphony Orchestra, and The Boston Pops conducted by John Williams. She specializes in pop, soul, rock, classical, and musical theater. To her, lessons are about giving students a toolbox filled with various skills, exercises, and knowledge to create an independent and versatile artist.
She thrives helping students overcome the most difficult vocal challenges. Her technique comes from a deep understanding of vocal pedagogy and the nervous system. Working with the voice is a mental, physical, and emotional experience but above all else should be fun, exciting, and empowering!
As an instrumentalist, she offers piano and bass lessons tailored to your musical interests and goals. Making music is joyous and each lesson is led with laughter and excitement.
Tayman is also an Audio Engineer and offers Music Production lessons. With a bachelors from Berklee College of Music majoring in Music Production and Engineering, Contemporary Writing Production, and Sound Design; she can give you the skills to put the studio in your home.
