About Rachael
Rachael has had a passion for music since she was a child. At age six, she began with Music Appreciation and then musical theatre as she got older. She first studied piano and voice lessons seriously under Lily Starobinets where she completed many years of the “Certificate Of Merit” program. Around the same time, she had continued pursuing a stage presence with theater. Rachael sang and acted in various musicals such as “The Mikado”and “The Music Man” with youth theatre groups. She performed musically with Theatre Companies such as Rubicon and Gold Coast Theater where she continued to play major roles. Aside from Voice and Piano, Rachael has played Saxophone for about 20 years!. She has quite a passion for playing Jazz, and was First Chair throughout her years in band. Today, her main objective is to inspire children and adults to learn musically and creatively in a way that they can apply that joy and knowledge to everything they do.
