About Billy
Billy is a recording and performing session guitarist that has been studying music for over 15 years. Growing up in Orange County, CA he began playing guitar for numerous bands that performed all across Southern California from LA to San Diego. He attended Berklee College of Music earning his Bachelor’s degree in Professional Music with concentrations in Performance, Songwriting, and Music Business. It was during this time at Berklee that he began touring and performing at multiple venues across the country including House of Blues, Paradise Rock Club, and Metro Music Hall among many others, while also gaining the attention of acts such as Thievery Corporation. Now in LA, Billy works as a Jazz Fusion session guitarist and also plays shows regularly with his current band, Tunnels. He teaches guitar as well as beginner piano, songwriting, music theory, and music production. Billy is always looking forward to helping his students with their goals and is excited to share his passion for music with anyone wanting to learn!
