About Allison DiMauro
Allison DiMauro has been teaching guitar, piano, and ukulele at Grace Music School since 2018. Allison received her Bachelors in Music Education from SUNY Fredonia and she is a NYS certified music teacher. She studied with James Piorkowski from the Buffalo Guitar Quartet, and Guitar Foundation of America Winner, Dr. Thomas Viloteau.
She has performed in multiple master classes for Grammy Award winning guitarists including, Bill Kanengiser from the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet and the legendary Cuban guitarist, Maestro Leo Brouwer. Currently, she is studying with renowned classical guitarist Isabella Abbonizio. Additionally, Allison has performed at LIU CW Post’s Great Hall, Dix Hills Community Library, and Port Jefferson’s Council for the Arts. As a music educator, Allison focuses on technique and musicality with her students. As a result, her students continue to excel in all of their musical efforts.
