We Emphasize Healthy Technique
Regardless of your level of proficiency, our skilled instructors will work with you to develop healthy technique. We’re as excited to teach strong fundamentals to beginners as we are to help experienced cellists further their relationship with the instrument. All students at Grace Music School will master the basics, including holding the cello and bow, generating beautiful tone, shifting, vibrato, and strong intonation.
Grace Music School focus on fundamentals is complemented by our emphasis on music literacy, including music theory, sight reading, and ear training. Students will be able to effortlessly translate this well-rounded education into musical maturity, moving quickly toward their goals while learning how to bring nuance and style to their personal performance.

As an educator, Brit Schlude (he/they), loves to build relationships that encourage progress and celebrate growth. Growing up he studied piano and cello and worked towards his goal of being an orchestra teacher.
Strings, Guitar, Piano
Vincent Basileo is a music educator specializing in cello performance, as well as lessons in beginner-intermediate violin, viola, piano, guitar and music theory. A student of such acclaimed cellists as Maureen Hynes, Julian Langford, Arnold Choi and Lauren Posey.

How Much Are Cello Lessons?
At Grace Music School, cello lesson pricing is based on lesson length. We have 30, 45 and 60 minute weekly lesson options, which range from $45 to $90 per lesson. The total cost for all lessons within a given month is billed on the 1st of the month.
