About Dan K.
Daniel Klimoski hails from Hadley Massachusetts, where he grew up in a musical family. His first lessons on the piano began at age 6. His sister, Donna, the first woman accepted to the New England Conservatory on clarinet, was his clarinet teacher at 7 years old. Upon graduation Magna cum Laude from Berklee College of Music he was given the Faculty Award in 1977. He earned his Master’s Degree in Jazz Studies from NEC in 1988, and is also an Apple Artist.
