Recital Class Dress Code
RECITAL CLASS DRESS CODE
Jeans are not allowed in any class.
Any apparel deemed inappropriate by the teacher may result in the dancer being asked to change clothes.
If a dancer does not meet the required dress code for a class, he or she may be asked to sit and observe.
A dancer may be asked to remove jewelry.
Hair should always be pulled back.
PRESCHOOL AND COMBO CLASSES
Any color leotard, tights, dance skirt, shirt, tank top, leggings, or dance shorts.
Black Tap shoes and pink Ballet shoes.
Combo Class dancers will also need black Jazz shoes. They can wear their Ballet shoes in class, if preferred, until April 2026.
HIP HOP CLASSES
Comfortable shorts, pants, and tops. (No jeans)
Any clean gym/tennis shoe. A specific color shoe will be needed by April 2026 for the recital performance.
TAP LEVEL CLASSES
Any appropriate combination of the following: leotard, tights, dance skirt, bra top, shirt, tank top, leggings, or dance shorts.
Black split sole Tap shoes.
JAZZ/LYRICAL LEVEL CLASSES
Any appropriate combination of the following: leotard, tights, dance skirt, bra top, shirt, tank top, leggings, or dance shorts.
Foot paws, foot undies, jazz shoes, or turning shoes.
A specific shoe style will be required for recital, and will be needed by April 2026.
