Class Sessions and Payments

SESSION DATES

*Payment for dance sessions is due the first week of each session

1st — August 25 – October 25 — Remaining balances due by September 18 2nd — October 27 – December 20 — Remaining balances due by November 20 3rd — January 5 – February 27 — Remaining balances due by January 29 4th — March 2 – April 25 — Remaining balances due by March 26 5th — May 4 – June 4 — Full balance due by May 21

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Sessions are for billing purposes only. (dancers do not need to re register for classes each session)

Session fees will be posted to your Parent Portal account before the first day of each session.

Payment for dance sessions is due the first week of each session.

Payments should be made through your Parent Portal by credit card, or by cash or check to Evolve Dance Company at the studio.

Full payment is expected if the invoice amount is less than $200.

Invoices over $200 may be split with half due the first week of the session. If the remaining balance is not paid within four (4) weeks, the credit card on file will be charged unless special arrangements have been made.

If the credit card is declined, a late fee of $10.00 will be added to your account. Please keep your credit card information up to date.

Checks returned to Evolve Dance Company for any reason are subject to a $25.00 service charge. Repayment is expected within seven (7) days of notification.

A deposit fee for each recital costume and tights will be posted with the second session payment and is due at the same time. Costumes will not be ordered until costume fees have been paid.

SCHEDULE CHANGES

Please see the receptionist for any changes, adds, or drops to your dancer'(s’) schedule(s). This is necessary to ensure appropriate adjustments to class lists and invoices. Refunds will not be given for mid-session drops. Please inform the receptionist of any address, email, phone number, or contact changes. Please make the changes on your Parent Portal.
