About Aaron Darlington
From the moment he first picked up the instrument, a guitar made and gifted to him by his great uncle, Aaron knew music would be a lifelong journey. He grew up surrounded by the sounds of creativity and performance. His father, Frank Darlington, and brothers, all professional musicians dedicated to creating and performing original music, influenced him deeply. This led Aaron to formative experiences writing, recording, and performing with Synical Black in his teens, followed by classical guitar and piano studies at Shenandoah University. Over the years, Aaron plied his craft across a bevy of genres and currently contributes to his brother’s contemporary country group, The Chris Darlington Band. Aaron believes in music’s ability to connect people, spark creativity, and foster personal growth. As a teacher, Aaron brings a positive and easygoing approach, helping students of all ages and skill levels build confidence, discover their own musical voice, and enjoy the journey.
