Our Approach to Guitar & Ukelele Lessons
We strive to ensure that all of our students acquire the fundamentals necessary to become literate musicians, so music reading/writing skills, in both tablature and standard notation as appropriate, and relevant music theory are often incorporated organically during lessons. For students learning guitar to accompany a singer or themselves, our instructors can also provide guidance with accompanying technique, breath control while playing, and elements of songwriting.

Guitar Lessons Should Be Fun!
We all know the feeling: you hear your favorite song come on and you can’t resist the urge to play along on your air guitar! Here at Dana V. Music, we can help you convert your musical fantasies into reality – while preserving that irresistible sense of joy you feel when playing along. We want each of our students to LOVE their musical experience with us!
