About Nate Traynor
Nate Traynor is a Chicago-based guitarist and songwriter with 16 years of experience. Additionally, Nate gigs as the lead guitarist for Zack Fedor and the Long Goodbyes.
Nate cherishes each opportunity to help mold a new generation of musicians for the future – using his own experience to help students avoid the common pitfalls that come with the territory of learning a new instrument. He believes in teaching students proper technique and fundamentals by means of working on material they themselves are interested in.
Nate graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Live and Installed Sound from Columbia College Chicago – specializing in speaker systems for commercial venues. His primary music influences have been Jimi Hendrix, Miles Davis, and Jerry Garcia, just to name a few.
