About Walker
Walker is a multi-instrumentalist, engineer and producer based in Kyle Canyon. He has toured across the country, playing venues such as Red Rocks, Lollapalooza, major festivals, etc. He started his musical journey on guitar and bass, and has been driven through his career to also become fully adept at drums, vocals, and production, because of his love for the entire process of making music- what it means to oversee the creative vision, and the impact of every choice made, from composition to final release. Walker has auditioned for and been chosen for prestigious programs, such as Denver School of the Arts’ Guitar (where he studied jazz and classical guitar) and Visual Arts majors, and the School of Rock All Stars National Touring Band. He has been teaching and directing musical groups for 13 years. He teaches music in order to unlock the full creative potential of each student, and to show them how music can be there for them as a life-long passion and companion. Walker also has an extensive background in the technical aspects of instrument/gear maintenance and construction. He enjoys building his own guitars and modifying recording equipment.
