About Liz Kaupp
Education:
Graduate of the Richard Strauss Conservatory in Munich, Germany. Private study with Bobby Shew & Don Jacoby. Major in trumpet, Minor in violin & piano. Main performance instrument is trumpet.
Professional Experience:
Various performances at Ceasar’s Palace, Venetian, MGM, Excalibur, Flamingo, Hilton, Sahara, Hofbrau Haus Las Vegas & Hooters Casinos. Performances with headliners such as: Don Rickles, Jimmy Castor, Lena Prima, Louis Bellson, Trent Carlini, Johnny Pate, Kelly Clinton/Holmes. During Bette Midler’s run at Caesar’s Palace, Liz was Bette’s private music teacher.
Before moving to Las Vegas, Liz performed extensively in Germany with the Top European Soul Band “Innersoul”. Performances included 4 CD Recordings, TV Shows, Corporate Shows for Apple Computer (presentation of the new iMac in Munich, Germany), Tennis Star Boris Becker’s Birthday party at the Ritz Hotel in Paris, France. Former member of the Bavarian 7, an all woman show band which performed at over 300 Events and appeared in 12 national German TV Shows.

Liz has worked as a session trumpet player for various jingle and CD Productions for other German Artists which included Big Bands, Gala Bands, Soul & Funk Bands.
On trumpet teaching Staff at the Richard Strauss Conservatory in
Munich, Germany for 20 years. Currently free-lance trumpet player and brass & piano instructor at Brill Music Academy in Las Vegas Nevada.
